Cosmin Panait RABC Cosmin Panait is a New York-based investment manager. He has advised and helped finance numerous private and publicly traded companies in a wide range of industries from retail, media, natural resources and biotechnology.

Cosmin brings a wealth of transactional experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, both domestically helping American companies gain access the capital markets, and also in internationally transactions.

Cosmin holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in Durham, NC.

The Romanian American Business Council – RABC was created as a direct result of a strong, imperative need to symbolize a broader spectrum of Romanian values. Our Council has assumed, among others, the mission of bringing forth and raise at the highest possible levels the keystones of our society, what makes us so proud of our heritage and accomplishments. This is in fact what sets us apart as members of the Romanian Diaspora in the United States. All this while continuing to be, as we always have been, proudly integrated in the American culture and society.
